Adding another feather to my cap in my ongoing quest to reinstate the sumptuous covers of the 1900s Fairy Book series, I’ve lend a touch of springtime rejuvenation to the Lilac Fairy. This act of literary restoration didn’t just stop there—it fanfared a seasonal revamp, inviting tweaks to the Olive, Yellow, and Grey fairies in its wake. Given the floral zephyrs of the season, it felt nothing short of fitting. Our Lilac fairy comes astride a plummeting star, perfusing the world with hues of lilac.
